Consumer Health Data Privacy

Consumer health data we collect

Data you record in Traqr or sync from your device’s health platform (e.g. Apple Health): weight; body-composition measurements; body measurements (e.g. waist); GLP-1 medication, dose and injection logs; side effects; appetite (hunger, fullness, food-noise); nutrition and hydration entries and the daily aggregates derived from them; and derived outputs such as trends, modelled medication levels, and weight projections. Account information (email, profile details such as height, date of birth, sex) is covered by the main Privacy Policy.

Sources

You (what you enter in the app), your device’s health platform when you choose to sync it, and derivations we compute from that data.

Why we collect and use it

Solely to provide Traqr’s features to you: tracking, charts and insights, predictions, reminders, reports you export, and — only at your direction — Care Team sharing. We do not use your consumer health data for advertising, and we do not sell it. No use for third-party marketing, profiling for advertising, or model training.

How it is shared

  • Service providers (processors): Google Cloud (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage) hosts and processes data on our instructions in the us-central1 (United States) region. Where we use AI food-photo analysis, the photo you submit is processed by our AI provider to return nutrition estimates.
  • People you choose (Care Team):only with your separate, per-category consent, as described in “Sharing your data with a Care Team” in the main Privacy Policy. You can revoke at any time.
  • No sale. No sharing for advertising. We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

Your rights

You may: access the consumer health data we hold about you; withdraw consent for sharing (revoke any Care Team share, any time, in the app); delete your data (Settings → delete account, or contact us — deletion covers our systems and extends to our processors, subject to narrow legal exceptions); and receive a response to a rights request without undue delay. If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or contacting us below; if your appeal is unsuccessful, you may complain to your state Attorney General (Washington, Nevada, or Connecticut).

Exercising your rights

Email support@traqr.healthfrom the address on your Traqr account (so we can verify it’s you), or use the in-app controls described above.
